ACTIVE COMMERCIAL LANE
Operations & Automation
Evidence-led workflow diagnosis, operational improvement and separately scoped implementation where the evidence supports a next step.
Start with the workflow21V GROUP / BUILD · OPERATE · PROVE · IMPROVE
21V Group is building an evidence-led operating company across operations, practical systems, media in preparation and ventures in development. For business leaders, the current commercial starting point is one bounded workflow: understand the operating reality first, then decide what should change next.

ONE GROUP / MULTIPLE ENGINES
The Group is being built as a portfolio of operating capabilities, media and intellectual property in preparation, and ventures. Each lane is labelled by its real maturity — active, in preparation, in development or internal R&D — rather than presented as proven before the evidence exists.
ACTIVE COMMERCIAL LANE
Evidence-led workflow diagnosis, operational improvement and separately scoped implementation where the evidence supports a next step.
Start with the workflowIN DEVELOPMENT / PRODUCTISATION
21V develops internal operating, automation and evidence systems. Repeatable customer-facing products are released only after they are proven and properly bounded.
IN PREPARATION / MEDIA & IP
Media, operating lessons and publishing assets are in preparation. Draft material is not presented as published until a public release is verified.
IN DEVELOPMENT / SAMPLE-GATED
Stay In Your Lane — an apparel and streetwear venture in development. No sample, pre-order or sale is currently offered; the sample gate must be cleared first.
IN DEVELOPMENT / RIGHTS-FIRST
Music and creative work are being reconciled against source evidence. No catalogue ownership, royalty or revenue claim is made until verified.
INTERNAL R&D
Internal research, simulation and risk-system development. This is not an investment service, managed-account offer or claim of live trading performance.
WHAT WE EXAMINE
The Diagnostic looks for evidence that helps leadership separate operating reality from assumption. Measures depend on the workflow and the evidence available.
FLOW
Where evidence exists: cycle time, queue or wait time, manual touchpoints and the number of handoffs between people or systems.
EXCEPTIONS
Where evidence exists: exception frequency, repeated work, first-time-right rate, unresolved ownership and service-level misses.
CONTROL
Whether material decisions, approvals, ownership and supporting records are clear enough to stand behind the next move.
WHO THIS IS FOR
PRIORITY FOCUS
For leaders who need a more grounded view of workflows such as brief intake, qualification, candidate submission, compliance handoffs or placement follow-up.
ALSO RELEVANT
Where work crosses people, systems, records and approvals — and a decision depends on distinguishing operating reality from assumption.
A GOOD FIT WHEN
You want a bounded, evidence-led diagnostic before committing to a larger change, technology or implementation programme.
SECTOR STARTING POINTS
The Diagnostic stays fixed in method but the workflow question should reflect the operating reality of your sector.
RECRUITMENT & STAFFING
For leaders who want clearer evidence around ownership, exceptions and movement from client brief to candidate or placement.
MANAGED IT / MSP
For operators who need to see where responsibility, waiting, repeated work or evidence breaks across a service workflow.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
For accounting, consultancy and other service teams where work crosses people, systems, records and approvals.
THE FIRST 20 MINUTES
The Workflow Pressure Test is a short conversation, not a workshop or a commitment to buy.
Describe the start, end and decision or concern that matters most.
We will clarify the boundaries, the evidence likely to be useful, and whether the Diagnostic is a sensible fit.
You can decide whether to proceed, take another route, or gather more information first. There is no obligation.
THE HANDOVER
A clear view of the workflow and its handoffs.
Findings tied to the agreed evidence, not assumption.
Evidence-backed findings and prioritised next actions, dependencies and risks.
A practical handover, with independent review of material findings.
THE OFFER
Most organisations can describe how a process is supposed to work. The useful question is whether the evidence shows the same thing happens in practice.
The 21V Operational Diagnostic is a fixed-scope engagement for one operational workflow. It establishes the current state, surfaces material weaknesses or unnecessary handoffs, and gives leadership a prioritised next-step view. Commercial terms are confirmed in writing only after the Workflow Pressure Test establishes genuine scope fit.
Define the workflow, boundaries and questions that matter.
Understand how the work is actually carried out.
Map claims to records, timings, documents and observed handoffs.
Separate evidence-backed findings from assumptions and unknowns.
Challenge material findings before delivery.
Turn findings into an Improvement Mandate with clear next actions.
HOW 21V WORKS
We distinguish documented process, observed process, evidence gaps and unknowns rather than smoothing them together.
Material findings are reviewed separately before they are presented as accepted conclusions.
The output is designed to make the next decision clearer: what to change, what to preserve, what to measure, and what requires more evidence.
ABOUT 21V
21V Group is the public corporate brand of 21V LTD, a UK company founded by EJ Agyarko. The Group is being built across operations and automation, systems, media and intellectual property in preparation, SIYL and 21V Music in development, with separate internal research lanes.
21V does not present customer numbers, certifications, case studies, ROI, venture readiness or trading performance unless evidence supports them. The current external business-services starting point remains the Operational Diagnostic; other products and ventures are surfaced according to their real maturity rather than made to look further along than they are.

FAQ
The first engagement covers one bounded operational workflow. During the Pressure Test, we clarify its start and end points, key handoffs and the decision you need to make. It is not an open-ended review of the whole business.
We discuss the workflow, the question behind it and the evidence that may be useful. It is a short fit conversation, not a workshop or a commitment to buy.
The handover is designed to include a current-state map, evidence register, findings, a prioritised Improvement Mandate and an Executive report. It includes an independent review of material findings before handover.
Implementation is separate from the Diagnostic. The Diagnostic is designed to make the next decision clearer; any subsequent work would need its own scope and agreement.
Start with only enough context to describe the workflow and decision. We can discuss what evidence may be useful before any engagement begins. For data protection queries or concerns, contact privacy@21vgroup.co.uk.
